IBOS is delighted to announce that member KBC has been awarded Best Digital Bank and Most Innovative Bank at the Spaargids.be Bank Awards.
In the Best Digital Bank category, finalists were considered based on the average rating of mobile banking via app and internet banking via PC counts.
Certain aspects of innovation are taken into account in the Most Innovative Bank category. In both categories, the feedback KBC received about its KBC Mobile app and the many user-friendly solutions that the app offers made the difference.
